At Pawscade, we are committed to delivering your pet products quickly, safely, and reliably throughout the United States. Please review the information below to understand how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high shipping volumes, weather conditions, or holidays.

Shipping Costs

All standard shipping within the United States is free of charge. There are no hidden shipping fees added at checkout.

Shipping Coverage

Pawscade currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package until it arrives at your delivery address.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Pawscade is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
